Membership - Payment Options

 

Credit Card, JSU Super Card, EFT, or Payroll Deduction

Credit Card

We accept only Visa, Master Card, and American Express. An additional processing fee may be applied to all memberships processed by credit card.

 JSU Super Card

Use it just like your credit card but in reverse. (Supercard Info)

 EFT
Use your personal bank account to have your membership drafted automatically each month. No worries about writing checks, late fees, or stamps to mail payment to us. Electronic Funds Transfer can be applied to all memberships, fitness classes, and/or locker rentals. Any EFT denied due to unavailable funds will be subjected to a $25.00 penalty fee. Member access will be denied until matter is resolved.

Payroll Deduction
Only Faculty/Staff may use the option of payroll deduction for themselves, spouses & dependents for access and locker fees. Payroll deduction will be deducted a minimum of for four months before cancellation of payroll deduction.
