How can I get a job at the Walter Payton Center?
- Simply visit the Join Our Team section of the website, read the descriptions, pick the area(s) that interest you most and submit your information online. Areas needing help will be noted.
- Stop by the Members Services Office and pick up a job application. Return completed application to us.
- Jobs are highly competitive, though, and some require special training (e.g., lifeguards). Each semester we hire building supervisors, members services staff, SAC and fitness instructors, and recreation program staff to assist with intramural.
My mom (dad, sister, brother, best friend, you fill in the blank) will be here for a week to visit me. Can s/he use the Payton Center? How much will it cost?
- We provide any parent and/or sibling of age access at no cost during parents weekend and orientation week. Additional visits can be available as a sponsored guest at $10 per visit or you may go by the Members Services Office and/or purchase an affiliate membership.
