NSF - Non- sufficient funds returned as a result of monthly billing attempt. Membership is cancelled after 3 NSF, reinstatement of membership privilege after 1 year.

Re-instatement Fee - Membership payment is due by the 3 rd working day of each month. Payments not received will result in suspension of access until payment can be resolved.

A reinstatement fee of $25.00 + monthly membership fee will be assessed to reactive access into facility.

Alumni is defined as any person having received (6) six hours class credit from Jackson State University. Current membership to the Alumni Association may receive additional promotional discount.

Domestic partner is defined by Recreation Services as any individual within a same sex relationship. Verification may be submitted in the form of a utility, telephone, cable/satellite bill, or banking statement in order to receive a membership and/or official REC-Card of participation.

 Family is defined by Recreation Services as a spouse/domestic partner and/or dependent. This benefit is currently not available for extended family members such as mother, father, sister, brother, etc. Affiliate membership are available for extended family situations.
