Fitness Classes

 

 Cardio/Combinations

 KICKBOXING Kick, jab and punch your way into better health. Pure kicks, pure punches, pure sweat. Enjoy a unique blend of kickboxing and traditional aerobics designed to knock off calories.

CARDIO- CIRCUIT A full body burnout. This class combines a half an hour of cardio and a half an hour of body sculpting and abs.Design to burn calories and tone the body all in one workout.

BOOT CAMP Put your body to the ultimate challenge. This class takes you back to the military where anything goes, from push-ups to bear crawls. You name it this class does it. Basic for the mind but intense for the body.

SOCAROBICS This energizing and electrifying high hi/lo impact aerobic class brings energy through captivating sounds from the Caribbean, India, Latin America and Africa. Massive fun, Massive energy, massive challenge. BOOYAH!!

URBAN HIP-HOP Are you ready to dance and get funky? This standard hi/lo aerobic dance session sets the mood with the latest hip-hop music is for you. This class gives you a work out and a dance lesson too. All experience levels are welcomed and encouraged. No previous dance training required.

MAJOR STEPS Here’s the chance to march yourself into shape with energizing hi/lo choreography from the sonic boom’s drum line. This class led by a drum major will give you the experience and enjoyment of participating in a half time show.

 SPIN-FIT Power cycling class designed to condition the cardiovascular system and strengthen and tone the lower body. It is a high energy group exercise format that integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete program. Not to worry, beginning cyclists! Each instructor will help you set up your bike and work with you on form while you condition. A very individual workout, and guaranteed to bring you results! Space is limited to 16 people and on a first come basis.

 MOST CLASSES PROVIDE A 10-15 MIN SEGMENT OF ABDOMINAL STRENGTH TRAINING.

Strength/Toning

 AB BLASTER every one wants a six pack. Blast that old abs away with this intense abdominal toning session. Designed to firm and tone your ads from upper to lower, although only 15 mins. it gets the job done.

POWER PUMP A not- to -miss muscle challenge. Great for all fitness levels because you determine your intensity. This toning session uses various equipment, including weights, bands, balls even your own body weight.

 TOTAL BODY SCULPTURE (TBS) Sculpt your body into the piece of art that it is with this intense body sculpting/toning class. One full hour of nothing but toning and body building exercises from top to bottom.

CRUNCH@LUNCH A 20 min abs class available during your lunch hour, designed to sculpt that six pack .It has a functional and result driven approach to abdominal training.

Yoga/Pilates

 Yoga
Come try the latest fitness craze guaranteed to make you more flexible and feel better both in body and spirit! A peaceful class geared towards developing quality of movements, increase coordination, flexibility and strength. Great ways to relieve stress and get to know your body. Instructors will help the beginner Yoga participants, while challenging the more advanced as well.

PILATE’s The latest buzz word in group fitness is Pilates. Total body conditioning exercise method. Helps improve mental focus and control, improve posture, and build core muscle & strength (muscles of the trunk, back and hip). It is a FANTASTIC workout that helps clear the mind and strengthen the body while taking you through fluid and controlled body postures.

Step Aerobics

BEGINNER STEP this class is a medium intensity cardio workout focusing on basic step aerobic principles. It’s design for anyone who has never stepped before, to learn the language and basics of step aerobics. All levels are welcome.

 STEP This class offers a medium to high intensity cardio workout with intermediate step aerobics choreography. These movements are performed on and off a step platform with risers. The intensity level is determined by speed, travel and execution of movement of patterns.

STEPTACULAR A high intensity and refreshing advance step workout, which features new and exciting choreography. A combination of "old school" basic step patterns, with a new school twist. Have fun while challenging your cardiovascular fitness. It will be loaded with interesting and unique dance and step moves that will keep you motivated from start to finish.

STEP N SCULPT Both cardio and muscle conditioning merged into one for a medium to high intensity workout with basic step aerobics choreography.
This is a revolutionary weight training workout using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating music. Strengthen tone and define every major muscle group to your body! This class is designed to improve muscular endurance and is perfect for those new to lifting, (you will be taught good form) as well as those with more experience who just need a little push.
