The Rec-Club
If your goal is to lose 10 plus pounds in you quest for a healthy lifestyle, the Walter Payton wellness program can give you the structure and support you need to make it happen. After a fitness assessment and a physical fitness level test, a program is designed to help its participants achieve their goals by personalizing a diet plan, cardio and weight training program. Each individual is encouraged to maintain a food and activity log and meet with wellness staff personnel to assess progress and get program updates bi-weekly.
Jump Start
Are you ready to get started into leading a healthy, happier, energized life but don’t know where or how to begin? Well, jump start gives you the heads up on effective working out. Our wellness staff will provide you with a personalize diet plan, cardio and weight training program, upon you completion of a fitness assessment and physical fitness test. This program is self monitored and maintained.
J-Walkers
If you want to enjoy the benefits of walking daily but need some help getting started or maintaining a routine then this is for you. We offer coaching focused on turning your desire to exercise into a habit. Walking is one of the best ways to become healthier, happier and energetic. The overall basis of this program is to provide members with a group support system, encouragement to accomplish individual goals and reaching potential competition level. This program works for individuals of all fitness level.
