How many sessions should I buy for the first time with a personal trainer?
A) You should start with 6 sessions, this way your trainer can design the right program for you and help give proper guidance and instructions on how to use the equipment. Also the trainer monitors your workout progress throughout the sessions.

A) A personal trainer can help motivate and push you towards specific goals. Personal trainers educate you on how to use all the exercise equipment, on all the different types of workout programs, and keep track of all daily workouts.
What is the cost for a personal training session?
A) The cost is per session! The more sessions you buy, the lower the cost per session.
Can I train with a partner?
